Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

1. Scope These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed by customers through the online shop of argikos, hereinafter referred to as "Provider". By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an non-binding online catalog. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart.
3. Prices and Shipping Costs The prices stated on the product pages include statutory value-added tax. In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat rate for delivery of €0.10, which will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart before completing the order.
4. Payment (Shopify Payments) We offer secure payment via Shopify Payments. Among others, the following payment methods are available to you through this service:

Accelerated Checkouts: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay. Your account will be charged immediately upon completion of the order.
5. Delivery and Transfer of Risk Delivery takes place within the timeframes specified on the respective product page (usually 1-2 business days). Should a product not be in stock, we will inform you immediately. In the case of a mail-order purchase, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item passes to the buyer upon handover of the goods.
6. Right of Withdrawal Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal. Information on this can be found in our separate Right of Withdrawal Policy.
7. Retention of Title The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Warranty and Liability Statutory liability for defects applies. We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health that are based on a breach of duty by us.
9. Dispute Resolution The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
